Clever design for a small apartment by the ocean

Our client engaged us to design and decorate this beachside apartment. Designing a small space requires a lot of careful planning with a lot of thought gone into how to seamlessly design ample storage in all rooms of the home. Careful use of curves, v-groove joinery, veneers, marble and mosaics ensured that we could design the renovation in perfect cohesion with the existing bones of the space. 

The furniture needs to work extra hard in a space with a small footprint, one example of that was the dining area that was too small for a full dining table, so a bench against the wall, the table and the chairs were sourced and positioned in such a way that it filled the space, but made it look spacious.
